Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LineDrive (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you are strictly prohibited from using the Service. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this Service.
2. Nature of Service (Not a Gambling Platform)
LineDrive provides sports data, analytics, line-movement tracking, sharp-money signals, and historical performance reporting solely for entertainment and informational purposes. WE DO NOT ACCEPT WAGERS, PLACE BETS, HOLD FUNDS, OR FACILITATE GAMBLING IN ANY FORM. The Service is not a sportsbook or a gambling operator. Any reliance on the information provided by the Service is at your own risk.
3. No Guarantees and Model Disclaimer
Picks and signals provided by the Service are generated by statistical models and algorithms based on historical and live market data. Sports are inherently unpredictable, and past performance — including any track record, units, ROI, or CLV figures displayed on the Service — does not guarantee future results. LineDrive makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees that you will achieve financial gain or success using our information. You acknowledge that using our data for sports wagering carries a high risk of financial loss.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Service Fees
Access to certain features of the Service requires payment of a subscription fee. Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you select until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled before then. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on initial paid subscriptions — contact support within 7 days of your first charge to request a full refund. Outside of the 7-day guarantee window, all payments are final. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, redistribute, or resell our data, picks, or signals; (b) reverse engineer the Service or its models; (c) use the Service in any jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful; (d) share your account credentials; or (e) use the Service to facilitate any illegal activity.
6. SMS and Email Notifications
By opting in to SMS alerts you consent to receive text messages from LineDrive at the number you provide, including automated messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. We may also send you transactional and product emails related to your account.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service — including all picks, signals, models, content, and software — is owned by LineDrive and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA LAW, LINEDRIVE, ITS OWNERS, DEVELOPERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, FINANCIAL LOSSES INCURRED BY UTILIZING OUR PICKS, SIGNALS, OR DATA. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE ONE (1) MONTH PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LineDrive and its owners, personnel, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms of Service.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in California, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
