- SMS data (optional) — phone number, opt-in status, and message delivery logs if you enable text alerts.
2. How We Use It
We use your data to provide and improve the Service, deliver the picks and alerts you subscribe to, process payments, prevent fraud, and communicate with you about your account.
3. Service Providers
We share data only with vetted processors required to operate the Service: our hosting and database provider, our payment processor, our SMS gateway, and our analytics tooling. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we direct.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember UI preferences, and measure how the Service is used. You can clear these at any time via your browser settings.
5. SMS Notifications
If you opt in to SMS alerts, you can stop them at any time by replying STOP to any message or by toggling alerts off in your settings. Message and data rates may apply.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
